Super hospitality, Very supportive staff and manager, Mess available, View is very good, maintained Good hygiene. Near to mall road and hidimba temple, Staff is very co-operative and polite. Food quality is yummy. Overall very good stay.

There are some bad reviews on this hotel but most are a few years back and I can say that this hotel has come up very well from the feedback they have seen or read. Stayed here with a family group and I must say it was an awesome stay. we were in room 201 which had the best view. service was superb. I had an opportunity to talk to the owner who gave info how they have rebuilt their hotel with good standard. the location is spot on. near to mall road and there are lots of shop and restaurant around this hotel. they also have a cottage I have added all pic. I had a wonderful stay and hospitality. The only issue it has of hot water which is across anywhere in North mountains. it takes 2hr to get hot for one bucket. but if its snow it can take much longer which we people from the southern state would not feel correct and ethical but that's how it is in the north.

We have visited first time in this hotel but for a very first time I have seen a very good staff with full cooperation. They have given a top room with terrace. Very beautiful room with two sided window. You can enjoy in a nature. You can stay for a long time. Staff is very good, specially Naveen & Shanta Kumar they are too good.

Very Cheap service...Low quality food...Staff is very greedy for money..to keep 1 bag in room 4 person came and ask money for all...Provide limited food if you asked extra always not available very bad experience..Never suggested to anybody
